04- Finding the corpse

Now cautious, he moves slowly and checks every corner and row of benches. A torn arm is the worst sign he could get - it means death wasn't caused by a ordinary predator. During these hard days no sane beast would leave a single piece of meat behind.

He finds no threats, but the rest of the corpse lies at the end of corridor. His presence scares off a swarm of flies, attracted by this rotting body. Blood trails, shredded clothing and a gun on the floor tells a story of a hopeless battle against beasts of some kind - and he fears that he knows what awaits in the darkness. It's a good time to leave this place before the sun sets.
